Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

Within 24 hours after placing your order, you can cancel the order, we will refund 100% of your order value.

Returns

We accept refunds and returns for the following cases: item is broken, we sent the wrong item or the wrong size.

We only accept returns after 30 days from the time the customer receives the goods.

To complete your return, we require your order number and proof of a defective item in one of the cases above.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If the item is lost, we will not be responsible and we do not offer refunds in this case.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. This refund will take time, depending on your card issuer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@holeem.com

Shipping

Place items in a box with email confirmation or original receipt and a note detailing what you would like us to do to remedy your situation. We cannot process an exchange or refund without your receipt.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Help! I can’t find my return slip.

Don’t worry HOLEEM packages don’t include return slips. Just reach out to support@holeem.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

Order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded.

 

How long does it take to process a return?

Credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

 

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, sorry about that! Please contact us at support@holeem.com and we’ll be sure to get you the HOLEEM you ordered!

 

What’s your return process if I’m not happy with the product?

Yes, within 30 days after receiving your package. Here are your packing instructions:

  1. Securely pack the items in a box.
  2. Affix the mailing label squarely onto the address side of the parcel, covering up any previous delivery address and barcode without overlapping any adjacent side.
  3. Use the address listed and affix the appropriate amount of postage.
  4. Ship package from your nearest post office or shipping company of your choice.
