I was having a difficult time getting my glucose down. My friend told me about this tea. Saying it has help some people lower their glucose levels. I ordered it right away. It's been well over two months now and I can say this tea has helped me lower my levels. I do count calories and try my best to eat only between 7a to 6 pm. I drink the with my lunch. Depending on what I had for dinner I may have cup at night. I highly recommend anyone give it a try.. oh and as a Diabetic, you still have to watch what you eat, when you eat and how much you eat.

I was greatly surprised that it worked the first time I tried it. When I check my blood sugar it had gone from the 130's to the 100's. I found that I like it best in just one cup of water, to me it taste stronger and better. I have also put it over ice. I do 1 cup in the morning and one before bedtime. It has kept my numbers low. Well I'm like most people on the review line and do not like giving feedback. However this was an exception! My wife and I started the Wellness collection about 3 weeks ago. Her blood sugar levels was already really good, but my blood sugar was elevated the last check up I had at the VA.
